Luxury vinyl & laminate The floor that takes whatever your week throws at it.

Today's luxury vinyl plank doesn't look like "vinyl" — it looks like wood and stone, wears like iron, and shrugs off spilled juice and wet paws. Laminate brings the same toughness with a harder, wood-fiber core.

Fast installs

Most homes go down in days, not weeks — less disruption, sooner back to normal.

Vinyl plank or laminate?

Two great answers — we'll help you pick.

If water is part of daily life — kids, pets, kitchens, laundry — luxury vinyl plank's waterproof core usually wins. Laminate has a harder, wood-fiber core that feels a touch more solid and wood-like underfoot, often at a sharp price. There's no wrong pick; there's the right one for your rooms, and we bring both so you can judge in your own light.

  • LVP: waterproof, quiet, the all-rounder
  • Laminate: harder feel, great wood looks, sharp value
  • Samples of both, held in the rooms they'll live in

A plank floor is only as flat as the subfloor.

Even the toughest plank telegraphs a bad subfloor. Tear-out, haul-off, and prep — leveling, patching, moisture checks — are part of the job, not surprise add-ons. Your quote covers the floor and what's under it.

The fine print on LVP & laminate.

What will it cost?

It depends on the rooms, the plank you pick, and what's under the floor you have now, so we don't guess over the phone. The free in-home estimate gets you a real, all-in number, with tear-out, haul-off, and prep in the quote instead of showing up as add-ons.

Is luxury vinyl plank actually waterproof?

Most LVP we install is fully waterproof — which is why it's our go-to for kitchens, baths, and homes with kids and pets. We'll point you to the right product for the room.

Do I need to move my own furniture?

We'll sort the plan room by room when we quote — what we move, what you'd rather handle, and the order we work so you're never living in a storage unit.

Can it go over my existing floor?

Sometimes — it depends on what's there and how flat it is. We check the subfloor at the estimate and tell you straight whether we go over it or tear it out, with the cost either way.
